COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Working for a leading organisation whose success is driving expansion, we are looking for additional team members for their London office. Beautiful open planned offices, located close to London Bridge.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintaining a cashbook and completing bank reconciliations
    • Posting bank payments and receipts onto Excel and EXACT Globe
    • Processing journals on a monthly basis
    • Processing invoices
    • Opening and closing matters on EXACT/Globe
    • Assisting with processing payments via our online banking system
    • Updating various spreadsheets
    • Assisting with EC Sales List
    • Assisting with cheque generation and printing
    • General admin assistance
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • A wealth of experience in a similar role involving all aspects of sales ledger
    • Knowledge and experience in the duties and responsibilities listed above
    • Knowledge and experience of EXACT /GLOBE
    • Supporting accounts payable where necessary
    • Ability to use Word and Excel at an intermediate level
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience at this level previously is a must
