Salary - £24,000 Location - Thame 12 Month Contract

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Working in lovely purpose built offices in Thame, you are working for a small financial organisation but supporting a larger Global brand.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To provide an efficient and professional administration function
    • Logging and distributing of incoming documentation and payments
    • Ensure all contract related paperwork is dispensed to all customers and third parties daily
    • Accurately maintain the system with new contracts and documents
    • Raise Finance Lease Letters and maturity reports in line with the company procedures
    • Provide financial quotations to internal and external customers
    • Process searches and liaise with Credit and Sales Support departments

     

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Proven administration experience within a Finance Department
    • Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy department
    • Good time management skills
    • GCSE Level educations with a minimum of grade C Maths and English
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Good working knowledge of MS Office 
    • Maths and English GCSE Grade C and above
