Salary - £25,000 Location - High Wycombe Position - Permanent

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Our Client is a well know high street and online brand and they are now actively looking to increase the size of their HR team. Great office based in Central High Wycombe.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supporting the HR Manager with all internal procedures and processes
    • Be involved with permanent recruitment
    • Setting up interviews and sending out offer letters
    • Basic payroll and other admin functions with regards to payroll issues

     

     

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous experience within an HR team would be advantageous
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM /HR database experience
    • Confident telephone manner and the ability to work across all levels of the business
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Educated to Degree level would be desirable but not essential
