Our clients our a prestigious luxury estate based just outside of Aylesbury.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a maternity cover contract for our clients who are a prestigious luxury estate based just outside Aylesbury to assist with the food preparation and food service.
To prepare all foods as instructed and monitor food levels during service.
Adhere to and ensure all of the Food Safety Acts are met and any concerns are reported to the Head Chef.
Ensure excellent hygiene standards are met and the working environment is kept tidy at all times.
Assist and support junior member of the kitchen team.
Work as part of a team to make sure all departmental duties are met.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Able to work well under pressure and remain calm at all times.
Minimum of two years practical kitchen experience.
Flexible working attitude and able to work shift patterns.
Previous experience within volume catering would be preferred.
Formal catering qualification – C&G 706 1/2 or NVQ 1/2 is essential.
