    • Request all references and follow up outstanding vetting information from candidates/companies as required to ensure the candidates file is completed in the fastest possible time
    • Ensure candidates submit criminal check applications in good time and monitor progress of checks
    • Carry out passport checks, credit reference checks and sanctions checks
    • Ensure valid RTW documentation held for all candidates
    • Obtain proof of address documentation
    • Obtain all internal and client specific confidentiality and declaration forms
    • Candidate declarations – collate and obtain evidence regarding any adverse declarations from candidates prior to drafting a referral for client approval
    • Incomplete vetting – collate evidence to cover any missing references prior to drafting a referral for client approval
    • Obtain candidates contractual documentation prior to issuing contracts to all candidates
    • Update candidate information on the in house system
    • Issue joining instructions, send timesheet instructions and send any required new joiner packs and directions
    • Responsible for answering incoming calls and deal with calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
    • Ensure messages are passed on where required, all calls are returned in a timely manner and demonstrate effective use of diary system to ensure unsuccessful calls are followed up
    • Ad hoc duties as required to support the team and manager
    • Demonstrate positive attitude and behaviors at all times, offering assistance to your colleagues where time allows and work as part of the team at all times

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office
    • Background in recruitment, compliance or law may be advantageous
