Salary - £33,660 Location - High Wycombe Fixed Term Contract

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Officer to join our clients who are a local Business Support company on a Fixed Term Contract.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The main function of the role will be to work with businesses across all sectors to improve their business operations and reduce running costs.

    Main duties:

    • To promote the company grants to local businesses.
    • Build and maintain professions working relationships.
    • Liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, partners and the Marketing Team.
    • To assist businesses identify areas and projects they can apply for grant funding.
    • Assist with grant applications and claim processes.
    • To help appraise applications.
    • Monitor funded projects performances and report on progress.
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous experience in a selling and promoting services to businesses.
    • Experience and knowledge of the low carbon agenda.
    • A strong track record of project management to help businesses. Ideally with reducing their carbon footprint.
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability of liaising across all levels.
    • A full driving licence as travel will be required to attend meetings and events.
    • Flexible working attitude.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience within a business sales environment
    • Experience in reducing carbon footprints wihtin businesses would be preferrable.
