COMPANY OVERVIEW:

This is a privately owned boutique organisation who has a number of locations across the UK. They are luxury through and through, and spare no expense when setting up their offices. Great team feel and lead by excellent Directors!

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Meet and greet all visitors immediately on their arrival – ensuring that they are aware of, and adhere to, security and health and safety arrangements
    • Ensure that the reception area meets the high standards of presentation in relation to cleanliness and tidiness
    • Answer and deal with all incoming telephone calls, routing them appropriately and in line with clients’ instructions and within set timescales
    • Take messages in line with clients’ instructions
    • Provide postal services – sorting incoming post and ensuring this reaches clients in a timely manner, and ensuring outbound post is stamped with the appropriate amount in time for the daily collection and charges logged
    • Arrange for couriers as requested by clients and to log charges
    • Assist in preparing documents for clients using MS Office
    • Assist clients in booking meeting rooms
    • Follow all Polices and Procedures in relation to reception and administration services, including ensuring all administration and paperwork is accurate and up to
    • Work accurately to ensure that the reception administration systems are accurate and up to date – both manually and electronically – and in line with company policies and procedures
    • Take care of reception’s consumables and other stock, ensuring that they are maintained and stored effectively and efficiently
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous reception or FOH hospitality experience
    • Educated to a good level 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
