We are looking for a professional, ambitious and strong candidate who can lead, encourage and coach the Sales Team to success. The role will be working directly in the Sales Office which links directly with the Transport team.
As the supervisor you will be quoting customers for services and products as required ensuring that the best deal is negoitated to ensure a profitable business and a full pipeline. Dedicated to finding the right solution for the customer and you will need to listen to their requirements and work with them to find them the right service. We cross hire / act as a broker on jobs which we cannot do ourselves – this is often due to location but can also be for specialist tasks such as Asbestos removal.
It will also be required to work closely with the Transport department to ensure that we are understanding of their limitations and restrictions and that the Sales Team work with understanding of this but also push the importance of Sales and a ‘can – do attitude’
