Salary - £22,000-£24,000 Location - Thame 12 Month Contract

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Working for a Global brand you will be working with the number one leaders in their field. Lovely offices just on the outskirts of Thame and you would be joining a great team environment.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are looking for someone who has a solid administration background, ideally within a financial services environment. You will be quick to pick up systems, be confident reading through contracts and highlighting errors, coupled with the ability to liaise effectively (written & verbal) at all levels across the business.

    * Provide efficient sales support activities to internal and external contacts
    * Keep clear lines of communication open at all times
    * Process contract payments 
    * Maintain an accurate record of information and load details to the database
    * Assist with contracts ensuring details are correct
    * Resolve queries both over the phone and on email
     

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Effective time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Prioritise your work-flow
    • GCSE level Education minimum Grade C Maths & English
    • 1years' experience in an asset financing organisation


     

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in a sales support funciton
