Salary - £17,600 Location - Thame Position - Permanent - Part Time

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Provide field sales teams to activate sales and deliver retail excellence for market leading and challenger brands across all UK retail channels in particular grocery, convenience and out of home, including on-trade.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide accurate excel, administrative and operational support to the fleet management team
    • Manage all fleet related queries from the field team, account teams and Fleet Management company
    • You will have the ability to approach and resolve sensitive situations through effective written and verbal communication
    • Manage all vehicle movements
    • Recover vehicle damage costs from the driver
    • Assist in the preparation and production of presentation material and fleet feedback
    • Communicate with the field, head office, client, and supplier personnel in a professional, efficient, and appropriate manner
    • Undertake additional Centralised Operational tasks or projects where required
    • Assisting the field team with expense queries
    • Checking of Fleet invoices
       
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Strong communication skills & confident telephone manner
    • Good Excel skills
    • Ability to work on their own
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Able to deal with challenging phone calls
