Salary - £22,000 - £26,000 Location - Aylesbury Position - Permanent

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure effective investigation and resolution is completed in line with company handbook
    • Provide information to the relevant Account Managers
    • Minimise the company's liabilities
    • Keep customers and clients updated at all times
    • Make recommendations to reduce incoming complaints
    • Identify improved methods to deal with on going complaints
    • Keep database up to date with all records
    • Ensure any correspondence in relation to the resolutions are reviewed and quality is maintained
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • CII Certificate or willingness to study this
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Confident written skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Organised with a can do attitude
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
