Salary - £22,000 - £24,000 + Commission Location - Haddenham Position - Permanent

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Due to continued success, a small privately owned company are now looking for an experienced Business Developer / Account Manager to join them. This is exciting opportunity for a confident, driven and professional individual to join my their friendly team on a permanent basis. 

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Making a high volume of outbound calls to new, lapsed and potential clients
    • Working from leads, gained from either the CRM system or via enquiries from the company websit
    • Building strong relationships with Clients in order to gain, secure and develop business opportunities 
    • Maintain a pipeline of prospective sales
    • Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
    • Attending internal and external sales meetings 
    • Providing quotations for projects and following them up within the agreed time frame 
    • Process sales orders accurately 
    • Be passionate about learning the company’s products and services
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets as agreed with Sales Manager
    • Target orientated and driven by earning potential and providing a quality service
    • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Confident in making a high volume of sales calls (including cold calling)
    • Professional telephone manner
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
    • 2 years’ previous experience within sales, account management or business development  is essential
    • IT literate 
    • Driver with a full UK Driving Licence and your own car 
    • A team player with a flexible approach at all time
       
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 2 years' Business Development experience
