Salary - £19,000 - £21,000 Location - Aylesbury Position - Permanent

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability to multi-task, work quickly and manage a varying workload
    • IT savvy and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Liaise with internal and external connections
    • Respond to customer enquiries from the website, email and telephone
    • Support the customer care department
    • Processing customer quotations after showroom visit
    • Sending out brochure requests
    • Showing customers round the showroom and completing a design consultation

     

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Degree in relevant subject preferred (i.e. business), but not essential
    • Clean UK driving license and own transport
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office
    • Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
    • ABility to multi task
    • IT savvy and use in house systems


     

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree in business would be desirable 
       
  • BENEFITS:

    • Monthly paid bonus
    • 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, additional 1 day for every year worked (Max 3 days)
    • 40 hours per week 9am to 5pm - half an hour lunch
    • One Saturday shift in 5 10am to 2pm paid at an additional rate
