COMPANY OVERVIEW:

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Full time and part time staff needed
    • Providing a first-class service experience to ensure all patients stay with the company
    • Actioning new patient intro calls
    • Managing your own database of patients and maintaining close relationships
    • Calling patients on a regular basis to assist with product information
    • Actioning all reports within time scale set
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Proven telephone based Customer Service background
    • Empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions
    • Proven experience in managing high call volumes
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Able to work under pressure
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    TBC
