Recruitment Consultant

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write job adverts on all platforms
  • Filter and screen all CVs/applications
  • Conduct screening interviews over the phone
  • Speak with hiring managers to arrange interviews
  • Make offers to candidates or rejection notes
  • Keep up to date with candidate database
  • Take control of your own workload/schedule

• SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Attention to detail
  • Confident with managing their own workload
  • Excellent communicational skills,written and spoken
  • Confident to build relationships outside of the organisation
  • Previous experience in Recruitment

• QUALIFICATIONS:

  High leavels of written and spoken English
