Salary - £23,500 - £25,500 Location - High Wycombe Position - Customer Sales Advisor

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We have an exciting opportunity to join a company with endless potential for growth and development. Working as part of a friendly team your role will be to provide excellent customer service to all current customers and sucessfully bring on new customers. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, also available as Maternity Cover up to 12 months 

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Closely follow-up all sample requests to maximise sales and sales retention by building strong relationships with customers
    • Achievement of Department sales targets by generating and following up leads
    • Respond to all enquiries both internal and external in an efficient and knowledgeable manner
    • Continue to develop an understanding of the needs of both customers and client professionals to give appropriate advice as required
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products (including competitors)
    • Ensure correct data entry of all sample requests, conversions and evaluation results into CRM System
    • Support New Product development team
    • Discuss the benefits of the products at every opportunity
    • Respond to customer complaints and address problems immediately
    • Carry out administrative tasks as required
    • Identify Product advocates
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent communication, oral and written skills
    • Previous telesales and customer service experience
    • Excellent database skills - data entry
    • Target Driven
    • Experience of following up Marketing campaigns
    • Able to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude
