Salary - £22,000 - £28,000 Location - Thame, Oxfordshire Position - Accounts Receivable Clerk

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

 Supporting the Finance team 

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create and handle invoices/applications for EW or PPM Services rendered to clients
    • Guarantee the precision, entirety, and adherence to legal and company standards for all invoices
    • Validate invoicing details like pricing and specifics for accuracy
    • Communicate with clients to obtain purchase orders for invoices lacking one but requiring it
    • Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely approval of draft invoices
    • Rectify any discrepancies or problems in invoicing data
    • Maintain and refresh customer files with current information
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous accounts receivable experience is required
    • Full UK Driver's license and access to own vehicle
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Ability to multitask with a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail
    • Experience using Sage Line 50
