Salary - £24,000 Location - Thame, Oxfordshire Position - Account Administrator

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

LinkLife are working with a local client based in Thame, Oxfordshire who are seeking an Entry Level Account Administrator

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Main duties of Account Administrator -

    • Answering inbound calls to the office and transferring them to the appropriate personnel, as well as greeting visitors at the company site
    • Effective communication with clients and colleagues, especially through email and telephone
    • Maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, as is collaborating closely with the Warehouse and Office teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks
    • Carrying out general administrative duties such as producing bulk dispatch spreadsheets and single labels when required
    • Collaborating with the team to deliver essential activities while adhering to tight deadlines for both short-term and long-term projects
    • Supporting your Account Director in executing client or projects, working towards clear deadlines and goals, and meticulously tracking all aspects of the activity
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    Key essentials of Account Administrator -

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Strong telephone communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Outstanding time management skills
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
    • Positive attitude towards all situations
    • Eager to learn and grow
