Salary - £24,500 - £26,300 Location - Thame, Oxfordshire Position - Sales Development Representative

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

LinkLife are supporting a rapidly growing and dynamic client who are seeking a driven, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their team

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Present our company to prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements
    • Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and our senior sales team
    • Stay informed about new products, services, pricing, and payment plans
    • Collaborate with sales executives to develop and improve outreach strategies
    • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills
    • Attend regular sales training and team meetings
    • Stay aligned with the vision and strategy set forth by the Sales Leadership
    • Willingness to evolve and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Proven sales experience in a similar role
    • Practical experience with various sales techniques, such as cold calling and prospecting
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver compelling presentations
    • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong passion for sales
    • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM software
    • Preferred: Knowledge of the industry and the company's products/services
